WS-917 is an efficacious and orally active regulator of ABCB1. It enhances the ABCB1 ATPase activity and significantly boosts the antitumor efficacy of combined paclitaxel and anti-PD-1 antibody therapy. WS-917 also promotes the activation of CD8+ T cells.
