Euphjatrophane M (Compound 6) is a FOXO1 inhibitor that reduces NF-kappaBp65 phosphorylation and exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. It can inhibit the production of nitric oxide and also suppress the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-1beta, and TNFalpha in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages.
