FXR agonist10 (Compound 27) acts as an agonist for FXR with an EC50 of 14.26 µM. It increases the expression of SHP and BSEP proteins while decreasing the expression of NTCP and CYP7A1 proteins. Additionally, FXR agonist10 has been shown to ameliorate ANIT-induced cholestasis in mouse models.
