Dactolisib (BEZ235) hydrochloride is an orally active dual inhibitor of pan-class I PI3K and mTOR, targeting p110alpha/gamma/delta/beta and mTOR, with IC50 values of 4 nM, 5 nM, 7 nM, 75 nM, and 20.7 nM, respectively. It inhibits both mTORC1 and mTORC2.
