TLK1-IN-1 (Compound 5n) is a TLK1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.2 µM for TLK1B and a GI50 of 2.7 µM for LNCaP cells. It induces DNA damage and apoptosis (Apoptosis) in cancer cells and is applicable in prostate cancer research.
