PROTACSTING degrader-3 (Compound ST9) is a STINGPROTAC-type degrader with a DC50 of 0.62 µM. It induces STING degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. This compound exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the STING/TBK1/NF-kappaB signaling. Additionally, it offers renal protection and can be used in research on acute kidney injury.
