It mitigates inflammation through the TLR4/MAPK, STAT3, and NF-kappaB pathways, providing relief from atopic dermatitis. HDAC6-IN-55 alleviates symptoms such as skin edema, dryness, crusting, and peeling in mice with atopic dermatitis induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB).
