APO-15 is a fluorescent imaging agent that targets phosphatidylserine (PS) exposed on the membranes of apoptotic cells. It binds selectively to these cells, allowing for calcium-independent and wash-free staining and imaging of apoptosis. APO-15 shows potential for research in inflammatory diseases and cancer.
