Rhod-2 (sodium) is a single-wavelength calcium (Ca2+) fluorescent dye with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 570 nM and excitation/emission wavelengths of 557/581 nm. It is utilized for investigating intracellular Ca2+ signaling pathways.
