Flt-3L-Ig (hum/hum) (hFlt3L) is a Flt3 activator. It enhances the release of inflammatory cytokines from myeloid and dendritic cells in BRGSF-CBC mice induced by OKT3, as well as affects the quantity and distribution of human immune cells, exhibiting cytokine release syndrome (CRS).
