Biotin-PEG-azide (MW 5000) is a PROTAC linker based on a PEG structure, utilized in the preparation of PROTACs. It contains an azide group that can undergo a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) with molecules that have alkyne groups. Additionally, it can participate in a strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
