Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 is a dual inhibitor targeting PARP and tubulin proteins. It inhibits the activity of PARP1, PARP2, and tubulin with IC50 values of 74 nM, 109 nM, and 1.4 µM, respectively. Tubulin/PARP-IN-2 induces apoptosis and autophagy and causes cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase.
