Disulfo-ICG-DBCO disodium is a disulfonic acid-modified indocyanine green. It reacts with d-AzAla-modified bacteria to enable the detection of bacteria through copper-free click chemistry-mediated photothermal cleavage and ATP bioluminescence measurement.
