VEGFR-2-IN-40 is a VEGFR-2 inhibitor. It stimulates both early and late apoptosis. Additionally, VEGFR-2-IN-40 reduces the levels of immunomodulatory proteins TNF-alpha and IL-6, while increasing the apoptosis marker caspase-3 fourfold.
