2-Me PeER is a rhodamine-based fluorescent probe designed to detect CYP3A4 activity. Utilizing 2-Me PeER in fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) based on CYP3A4 activity allows for the acquisition of homogeneous and highly functional human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived hepatocytes and intestinal epithelial cells.
