MPO-IN-7 (compound MDC) is a myeloperoxidase inhibitor with IC50 values of 41 µM for alpha-glucosidase, 25 µM for dipeptidyl peptidase-4, and 4.5 µM for myeloperoxidase. MPO-IN-7 exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities in vitro.
