Tegoprazan Benzoate is the benzoate salt form of Tegoprazan. Tegoprazan (CJ-12420) is a potassium-competitive acid blocker and serves as an effective, orally active, and highly selective inhibitor of gastric H+/K+-ATPase, which regulates gastric acid secretion and movement. Its IC50 values for pig, dog, and human H+/K+-ATPase in vitro are 0.29-0.52 µM.
