NF-kappaB-IN-15 (compound 14r) is a potent NF-kappaB inhibitor. It reduces NO levels in LPS-stimulated cells and suppresses the release of IL-6, TNF-alpha, and IL-1beta. Additionally, it hinders LPS-induced p65 phosphorylation and IkappaBalpha degradation. NF-kappaB-IN-15 exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and holds potential for research in acute lung injury (ALI).
