DV-B-120 is a competitive inhibitor of the dengue virus (DENV). It inhibits the NS2B-NS3 protease, effectively targeting DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4 with IC50 values of 5.35, 7.39, 10.49, and 8.58 µM, respectively. DV-B-120 exerts its antiviral effects by inhibiting DENV replication.
