Anticanceragent 213 (Compound 1) self-assembles into micelles that deplete membrane cholesterol, thereby inhibiting cancer cells and exhibiting anticancer activity. It demonstrates cytotoxicity against HeLa and PC3 cells, with IC50 values of 10.3 and 13.7 µM, respectively. Furthermore, Anticanceragent 213 induces autophagy (autophagy).
