VEGFR-2-IN-47 (compound 7g) is a potent VEGFR-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.072 µM. It induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and promotes apoptosis in MCF-7 cells, enhancing immune modulation by decreasing TNF-alpha levels and increasing IL-2 levels. VEGFR-2-IN-47 shows potential for research in breast cancer and liver cancer.
