LM-189 is a G protein alpha subunit I (Galphai)-biased agonist and serves as a Galphai-biased ligand for the beta2-adrenergic receptor (beta2AR). It stabilizes a specific conformation in TM6 and enhances the dynamics of ICL2. LM-189 is useful for developing Galphai-biased beta2AR agonists.
