Survivin-IN-1 (Compound II3) is a potent inhibitor of Survivin (a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein family), exhibiting an IC50 of 8.1 µM in human lung cancer A549 cells and 9.0 µM in breast cancer MCF-7 cells. It reduces Survivin protein levels and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. Survivin-IN-1 shows potential for research in malignancies such as lung and breast cancers.
