CC-647 is a molecular glue modulator targeting the Cereblon (CRBN) E3 ubiquitin ligase. It enhances the interaction between CRBN and ZBTB16, as well as its oncogenic fusion protein RARalpha-ZBTB16, with a half-maximal degradation concentration (DC50) of 103 nM for ZBTB16. CC-647 holds potential for studying ZBTB16-RARalpha related acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
