Olodaterol-d3hydrochloride (BI1744-d3hydrochloride) is the deuterated form of Olodaterol hydrochloride. Olodaterol (BI1744) hydrochloride acts as a selective and long-acting beta2-adrenoceptor (beta2-AR) agonist, with an EC50 of 0.1 nM and a pKi of 9.14 for the human beta2-adrenoceptor. It is applicable in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pulmonary fibrosis.
