RB-PEG-NH2 (MW 3400) (Rhodamine B-PEG-NH2 (MW 3400)) is a fluorescent dye composed of Rhodamine B, PEG, and an amino group. The reactive primary amine or NH2 group quickly reacts with activated carboxylic acids (e.g., NHS esters) to form stable amide bonds, with excitation/emission at 546/610 nm.
