LN6023 (hydrochloride) (Compound 27) acts as a CXCR7 agonist. It can stimulate the recruitment of beta-arrestin in HEK293T cells expressing human CXCR7, with an EC50 of 3.5 µM. Additionally, LN6023 (hydrochloride) reduces surface levels of P-selectin in isolated and washed human platelets and is applicable in studies of platelet-mediated thrombosis.
