VEGFR-2-IN-70 is a potent VEGFR-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 18.04 nM. It exhibits cytotoxicity against A549 and MCF-7 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 0.43 µM and 3.8 µM, respectively. The compound induces G1 phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (apoptosis) in lung cancer cells. VEGFR-2-IN-70 is applicable in cancer research.
