DENV-IN-13 (Compound 30) is an inhibitor of DENV2 protease with an EC50 of 9.8 µM in HeLa cells. It exhibits potent antiviral activity with minimal cytotoxicity and does not inhibit off-target enzymes such as thrombin and trypsin. DENV-IN-13 is applicable in flavivirus infection research.
