RB-PEG-NH2 (MW 400) (Rhodamine B-PEG-NH2 (MW 400)) is a fluorescent dye composed of Rhodamine B, PEG, and an amino group. The reactive primary amine or NH2 group can rapidly react with activated carboxylic acids (such as NHS esters), forming a stable amide bond (Ex/Em = 546/610 nm).
