RB-PEG-N3 (MW 3400) (Rhodamine B-PEG-N3 (MW 3400)) is a fluorescent dye comprising Rhodamine B, PEG, and an azide group (N3). As a click chemistry reagent, it possesses an azide group capable of undergoing copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkynyl-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules featuring DBCO or BCN groups. The excitation/emission wavelengths are 546/610 nm.
