PFI-7-O-C4-piperazin is an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate used in the synthesis of PROTACs, such as NEP162. The E3 ligase ligand of NEP162 (PFI-7) is a highly selective GID4 antagonist (KD= 0.22 µM). NEP162 is a potent and highly selective BRD4 PROTAC degrader with antitumor activity.
