Apoptosis inducer39 is an apoptosis inducer with IC50 values of 4.53 µM for MDA-MB-231 cells and 15.42 µM for A549 cells. It exhibits antitumor activity in vitro by reducing the expression of the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 and increasing the expression of the pro-apoptotic protein Bax. Apoptosis inducer39 is applicable in breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer research.
