RB-PEG-NH2 (MW 5000) (Rhodamine B-PEG-NH2 (MW 5000)) is a fluorescent dye composed of Rhodamine B, PEG, and an amino group. Its reactive primary amine or NH2 group rapidly reacts with activated carboxylic acids (such as NHS esters) to form stable amide bonds, with excitation/emission at 546/610 nm.
