VNRX-9945 is a potent and orally active HBV capsid assembly modulator (CAM), exhibiting an EC50 value of 2.6 nM. It demonstrates excellent and broad-spectrum antiviral activity against multiple HBV genotypes in vitro, with favorable pharmacokinetic properties across various species. Additionally, VNRX-9945 shows significant antiviral efficacy in the AAV-HBV infected mouse model.
