RB-PEG-N3 (MW 2000) (Rhodamine B-PEG-N3 (MW 2000)) is a fluorescent dye composed of Rhodamine B, PEG, and an azide group (N3). This compound is a click chemistry reagent featuring an azide group, enabling it to undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules. It can also participate in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules having DBCO or BCN groups. Its excitation/emission wavelengths are 546/610 nm.
