ITGB3-IN-1 is an orally active integrin beta3 subunit (ITGB3) inhibitor with a Kd of 7.26 µM. This compound demonstrates potent anti-orthopoxvirus activity, exhibiting an EC50 of 1.82 µM against vaccinia virus (VACV). ITGB3-IN-1 also inhibits hERG with an IC50 of 1.13 µM and can be utilized in orthopoxvirus research.
