DHPS-IN-2 is an allosteric inhibitor of dehydrohypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase (DHPS), with an IC50 of 70 nM and a Kd of 26.4 µM. It significantly hinders the migration and invasiveness of melanoma cells in vitro and displays potent antitumor activity in a zebrafish A375 cell xenotransplantation model. DHPS-IN-2 is applicable for melanoma research.
