This compound demonstrates exceptional antiproliferative activity against cancer cells, inhibiting cell migration and inducing late-stage apoptosis. In xenograft mouse models, EGFR/HDAC-IN-2 significantly suppresses the growth of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) tumors and is applicable in research on cancers such as TNBC.
