NF-kappaB-IN-6 (Compound 3d) is an anti-inflammatory agent that suppresses the NF-kappaB signaling pathway, thereby reducing iNOS and COX-2 protein expression. It inhibits NO production in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells with an IC50 of 23.1 µM[1].
