LSD1-IN-15 (compound 1b) is a potent LSD1 inhibitor that inhibits LSD1-CoREST, MAO-A, and MAO-B with IC50 values of 0.149, 0.028, and 0.327 µM, respectively. LSD1-IN-15 induces cell growth arrest in LNCaP cells of prostate cancer, with an IC50 value of 9.9 µM [1].
