LSD1-IN-17 (compound 5b) is a potent inhibitor of LSD1, effectively inhibiting LSD1-CoREST, MAO-A, and MAO-B with IC50 values of 0.005, 0.028, and 0.820 µM, respectively. It induces cell growth arrest in prostate cancer LNCaP cells with an IC50 value of 17.2 µM [1].
