ZLWT-37 is a potent, orally active inhibitor of CDKs, specifically targeting CDK9 (IC50: 0.002 µM) and CDK2 (IC50: 0.054 µM), and is capable of blocking the cell cycle of HCT116 cells in G2/M phase and inducing apoptosis.
