Cas9-IN-2 is a potent Cas9 inhibitor with an IC50 of 246 µM. It binds to apo-Cas9, thereby preventing the formation of Cas9:gRNA complexes. Cas9-IN-2 can be used to regulate and control Cas9 activity.
