Cav 3.2 inhibitor 2 is an inhibitor of Cav3.2 T-type Ca2+channels with an IC50=0.09339 µM at a constant potential of -80 mV. Cav 3.2 inhibitor 2 exhibits potent inhibition of T-channel-dependent somatic and visceral pain in mice. inhibitor 2 can be used to study intractable pain.
