Samuraciclib (CT7001) hydrochloride hydrate is a potent, selective, ATP-competitive, orally active inhibitor of CDK7 (IC50: 41 nM). It inhibits the growth of breast cancer cell lines (GI50: 0.2-0.3 µM) and exhibits potent antitumor effects.
