Abeta-IN-2 is a peptide inhibitor of Abeta1-42. Abeta-IN-2 inhibits the in vitro self-aggregation of Abeta1-42 by delaying the growth phase of the Abeta1-42 index or by reducing the number of protofibrils in the steady state.
