ALK-IN-23 is a potent ALK inhibitor, targeting ALKWT (IC50: 1.6 nM), ALKL1196M (IC50: 0.71 nM), and ALKG1202R (IC50: 1.3 nM). It inhibits cancer cell migration and colony formation in vitro. In the H2228 xenograft nude mouse model, ALK-IN-23 demonstrated good anti-tumor effects with low toxicity.
