CZS-241 is an orally active, selective Polo-like Kinase (PLK) 4 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 2.6 nM that also inhibits TRKA at an IC 50 of 2.74 µM. It induces apoptosis and causes cell cycle arrest at the S/G2 phase, demonstrating potent antiproliferative effectiveness against leukemia cell lines while maintaining safety towards normal cell lines.
