ZW251 comprises a humanized IgG1 antibody linked to ZD06519, a novel camptothecin-based topoisomerase 1 inhibitor, through a maleimide-anchor and a cleavable glycyl glycyl phenylalanyl glycine (GGFG)-aminomethyl (AM) linker.
